NEW DELHI: Former diplomat and Rajya Sabha member Harsh Vardhan Shringla on Saturday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s standing on the global front is that of a “Vishwamitra” and India follows the approach of “Vishwabandhu” under his leadership.
